ROSS has a strict policy on recruitment and training. No officer is placed on site before they have successfully completed all of the steps. The purpose of this policy is to direct and discipline recruitment and employment practices to ensure that the objectives of the Company are attained.
PSira Registration
All officers have to have a valid Grade D, C, B, or A PSIRA qualification as required for the position. This is checked on the Psira website to ensure the registration is current and active.
Interview
Once all the applicants have been screened and PSira Registration confirmed, Managers will then set up the interviews. It is important to note that the questions asked is cantered around the competency requirements of the job.
Integrity Test
Integrity testing applies to all full-time staff, management and officers.
Training
All officers are site specifically trained. Theoretical and practical training.
