Our Area Supervisors works directly with a manageable sized group. These area mangers are responsible for their team and works with every officer individually. They visit stores and talk to every employee.

Area supervisors has high levels of accessibility to Area managers. ROSS encourage supervisors to discuss issues whether a quick chat or to bring difficult issues, situations or ideas to the attention of their manager. This gives managers a better understanding and “pulse” on what is happening in the areas and on the sites on a daily basis.
Managers are actively engaged with daily activities of guards and supervisors, thus fostering closer relationships with employees.
